We had a cozy and romantic time. The staff was attentive and always helpful. The breakfast had plenty of options and our room had a lovely view. The location was perfect, close to the lifts and bus stops. We really loved the spa, it was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere.
The downside was not having a variety of dinner options, especially for vegetarians. We also found the shower size to be too small for our liking.

The staff were friendly, our room was good and the food in the restaurant was good. Also we could walk to the ski lift.
It would be good to have more parking.

The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of food, although nothing warm.
The shower was the smallest I have ever been it. There was barely room to turn around. Ok for children, I guess.

The hotel is located in a good position, with easy access to the local bus to get to the centre. The rooms were cleaned and well-furnished, and the half board option provided a good variety of food for each meal. The homemade cakes served during breakfast were a highlight and we enjoyed the variety of salad for dinner.
The noise from the road could be bothersome if you are sensitive to sound. There were also a few outdated furnishings, but it wasn't particularly noticeable.

Just a small point but booking form said free wifi throughout hotel, however that was not the case. There was a charge for Wifi.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and had a great time. the location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the best ski slopes in the area, allowing us to make the most of our time on the slopes. Secondly, the value for money was impressive. The prices were reasonable and we felt like we got a lot for what we paid. Additionally, the staff were very attentive and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. Finally, the rooms had a great view over the valley, which added to the overall experience.
Everything was great, no complaints at all!

The hotel is located a bit upper than Livigno center. It is close to Mottolino lift and to go to other areas you should use ski-bus (almost every ten minutes during the day, ends at 8 p.m.). Bus stop is also near the hotel. There are restaurant and bar in the hotel so you can have good dinner. But if you want go out in the evening you should take a taxi (10eur to center). Actually it wasn’t a big problem for us. Room was rather basic but that suited us. It has TV, hair dryer (and even some kind of tiny kitchen!). And beds were big enough and excellent for good rest. Personnel are nice. They never disturbed us with cleaning but managed to do the room every day when we were absent. And people at the reception were always very friendly and ready to help with any problem.
Breakfast lacks normal food (eggs, vegetables, spreads). There were two kinds of sausage, flakes, bread and all the rest offered was sweet (fruits, yoghurt, jams, honey, ice-cream). Our room was non-smoking but there was smoke smell inside last three days. That was rather unpleasant as we do not smoke. Shower was rounded by curtain only so after we use it there was a lot of water on the floor.

Well-maintained property, clean rooms. Great night sleep. Polite and courteous staff. Went above and beyond for special occasions. Good food with regional specialties. Unbeatable location near Livigno city center. Perfect for short getaways or long trips
No complaints.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the facilities were all top-notch. We were able to park our car with ease and the location was ideal - right next to some of the best ski slopes in this city. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Our family of four had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, just a quick walk to the best ski slopes in town. We loved the comfortable and clean room, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The view from our room was breathtaking and we couldn't have been happier with our overall experience.
There was a bit of noise from neighboring rooms during the night.
